Export your customers, jobs and messages

The Customers, Jobs and Messages pages each have an Export button. Choose Excel or CSV. The file contains what you are looking at, so any search or filter you have applied is respected.

• Excel opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and similar programs. Phone numbers keep their leading zeros.
• CSV is a plain file that other systems can read.
• Each export holds up to 5,000 rows. Use filters to export a smaller group if you need more.
• Messages are limited to the history your plan keeps.
