Deleting jobs and customers
What you can delete, and what to do first.
A job cannot be deleted while a flow is running on it. Cancel the flow first, then delete the job. Deleted jobs are hidden from your lists, and their message history is kept for the period your plan allows.
A customer cannot be deleted while any of their jobs has a flow running. When you delete a customer, Settings decides what happens to their jobs: you can keep the jobs, which stay with the customer's name but can no longer send messages, or delete them together with the customer.
